1. Class Participation:
Participants must be 15 years or older to attend classes.
Participants with pre-existing health conditions or injuries should consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
2. Online Platform Usage:
Participants must have a stable internet connection and appropriate hardware to access online classes. Humble Heart is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.
3. Class Registration:
Participants must register for classes in advance through our online platform. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Payments and Refunds:
All class fees must be paid in full before the start of the class. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the 1st scheduled class time.
5. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to show respect and courtesy to instructors and fellow participants.Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the class without a refund.
6. Privacy and Recording:
Participants must respect the privacy of others in the class. Recording or sharing class content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability Waiver:
Participation in online classes involves a risk of injury. Participants assume all risk and responsibility for their well-being. Humble Heart and instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during or as a result of the class.
8. Intellectual Property:
All class content, including videos, audio, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Humble Heart and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Schedule Changes:
Humble Heart reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or platforms. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
10. Feedback and Concerns:
Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and address concerns promptly through the provided channels. By registering for an online class with Humble Heart, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
