Schedule of 1 hour online yoga class
Introduction (5 minutes):
Greet participants and briefly introduce the focus of the class.
Encourage everyone to create a calm space for practice.
Cantering and Breath Awareness (5 minutes):
Guided centering to bring attention to the present moment.
Breath awareness exercises to settle the mind and connect with the breath.
Warm-up (10 minutes):
Gentle joint movements to warm up the body.
Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) or other dynamic movements to increase blood flow and flexibility.
Balancing Poses & Breathwork (Pranayama) (10 minutes):
Focus on balancing poses to enhance concentration and stability.
Include poses such as Eagle Pose, Dancer’s Pose, or Half Moon Pose.
Introduce a breathwork practice such as Dirga Pranayama (Three-Part Breath) or Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
As per time Table (30 minutes):
In the last 30 minutes of the one-hour online yoga class, you can focus on as per daily fix time table, incorporating mindfulness, and preparing participants for a smooth transition back into their daily activities. Here’s a suggested breakdown.
