Doing yoga with Jalpa ma'am was a really good experience. The way she taught us was really insightful. The efforts she gave upon us to make us a yoga trainer is respectable. I got positive changes in my body such as i don't get tired really easily, my body got more flexible. The suggestions she gives us for health are really remarkable. She even takes great care of the students so that we don't get any pain. She's highly knowledgeable in terms of yoga. She gave so much information. I felt peace while getting taught by her for all the pranayama we did.

A new triangle of life and a new experience for children was a very wonderful and inspiring camp for children through rites oriented talks to instill enthusiasm in children and give them a new outlook on life this summer.The camp was very good and a wonderful experience. Jalpa Jain has a wonderful and lasting experience in Yoga and is more concerned about its widespread too. After joining Gujarat Rajya Yoga board, within just a week time, I can feel the changes in body. Polite behaviourTime punctuality, regular everyday and does not miss any sessions if miss then she will cover it by some other day .Have proper knowledge of yoga and no forcing for more than your capacityNo body part remains from stretching and relaxation, mind relaxation, muscle relaxation and inner soul relaxation. I having been doing since two months and i have got lot of result for my loose skin . I would definitely recommend.
